I help small SaaS and remote-first teams put AI and automation into their support and operations workflows — without handing the keys to a black box.
The work follows the same principles as my own systems: strict contracts around every AI step, deterministic fallbacks, human review where it matters, and documentation that lets your team operate the result without me.
AI workflow audit
A fixed-scope review of your current support or operations workflow.
You get:
- A map of the workflow as it actually runs — including the undocumented parts
- Where automation or an AI step genuinely helps, and where it would add risk
- A prioritized, effort-estimated backlog your team can execute with or without me
- A written report; no tooling changes are made during an audit
Good fit when: you suspect the team is losing hours to repetitive triage, copy-paste work, or tool-hopping, but nobody has had time to map it.
Workflow automation build
Design and implementation of a scoped automation, typically on n8n — self-hosted or cloud.
You get:
- A working, tested workflow with explicit failure behavior
- Validation on every AI output before it can move downstream — nonconforming output is rejected, not shipped
- Deterministic fallbacks, so a model outage degrades the workflow instead of breaking it
- Handover documentation and a walkthrough for your team
Good fit when: the audit (yours or mine) already names the workflow, and you want it built carefully rather than quickly.
How I work
- Scope in writing first. A short document states what the work covers, what it does not, and what “done” means. No open-ended engagements.
- Human review stays in the loop. AI steps draft and classify; people approve. I do not build systems that act on customers autonomously.
- Your data stays yours. I work against test data and staging systems wherever possible, and never store customer data on my own infrastructure.
- Everything is handed over. Credentials, workflows, documentation and a recorded walkthrough belong to you at the end.
The engineering standards behind this are visible in my public project work — measured evaluations, fail-closed contracts and honest status reporting, not demo-ware.
